Certificate in Interactive Media Production
leads to a FETAC (NCVA) Level 5 Certificate in Multimedia Production

1 year (full-time)

This certificate is intended to give students a comprehensive overview of multimedia production techniques. Students will be given the opportunity to learn key design and authoring skills.

The programme is suitable for those who wish to work within the multimedia sector. The course will also act as a foundation year for relevant third-level programmes.

The course requires full-time attendance for a period of one year. All necessary equipment is provided by the college - computer workstations, scanning equipment, website hosting facilities and software. Candidates are required to secure and undertake a work placement during the year as part of the Work Experience module.
