This certificate is intended to give students a comprehensive overview of the IT sector.
Students will participate in a range of IT-related modules encompassing a wide range of technologies.
The programme is suitable for those who wish to work within the IT sector. The course will also act as a foundation year for relevant third-level programmes.
The course requires full-time attendance for a period of one year. All facilities are provided by the college including workstations and other IT facilities including the industry standard software. Candidates are required to secure and undertake a work placement during the year as part of the Work Experience module.

- A wide range of industry positions
